These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 222bt platform, including its website, mobile experience, betting services, casino products, and all associated features available at 222bt.asia. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 222bt ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

1. Eligibility & User Requirements

To access and use the 222bt platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 222bt operates a strict 21+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming principles.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration.

2. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 222bt platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing restrictions is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

Password & Credential Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 222bt account. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify 222bt support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account for any gaming or betting activity.

In the event of any discrepancy between general platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

The following general principles apply to all gaming and betting activity on 222bt:

7. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the 222bt platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted under these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the platform's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222bt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if 222bt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

222bt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

9. Amendments to These Terms

222bt reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where feasible, we may notify registered users via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 222bt after any amendments take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. 222bt operates as an internationally licensed platform and serves players across Bangladesh including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. 222bt's decisions on all matters within its platform remain final, subject to applicable legal constraints.
